I‘m Hugo, a Colourist and Blackmagic Certified Trainer.
I’m Hugo Soares, a Colourist and Blackmagic Certified Trainer with over 6 years of experience in media post-production. I’m deeply passionate about Color Science, always eager to learn more to ensure every project conveys the intended emotion and aesthetic with precision. Additionally, I have a strong enthusiasm for Python programming, which I use to optimize workflows and enhance the efficiency of post-production processes.
My journey in the audiovisual industry has led me to explore the full potential of Blackmagic tools, such as DaVinci Resolve, and to share that knowledge as a Certified Trainer. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from commercial productions to more complex narratives, always focused on delivering top-tier visual quality.
Combining my passion for color science with my programming skills allows me not only to produce creative results but also to offer technical solutions that streamline workflows, saving time without compromising quality.
